Position Overview

A highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and assist with day-to-day office operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials
  • Assist with event and conference logistics, including registrations, travel coordination, and materials preparation
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office administration
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems

Support cross-departmental communication and coordination when needed
